Join Stephen Link for a 4-week introduction to Yoga! In this series we will explore the building blocks and fundamentals of Yoga posture practice with an eye for developing stability and intelligent structure to ensure both safety and longevity within the practice. We will look at all the major groups of postures (standing, forward bends, backbends, arm balances, and inversions) and articulate the principles of vinyasa (integrating movement with breath). We will have a brief look into the major elements of Yoga philosophy and theory as well as instruct students in the basics of pranayama (Yogic breathing) and meditation. This class is designed for all levels of practitioners from total novices to more seasoned students looking to refine their existing practice.

Cost: $100 for all 4 sessions
$30 to drop in.

Fall Dates: Sept 7, 14, 21, 28.
