All star line up of musicians, poets, and performers gather together to celebrate the release Bernard Pearce's timely and stirring collection of Poetry: A Deed To My Bones

Special guest performers include: Delia Tomino, Laura Mattingly, Luke Spurr Allen, Dwight J. Roy.

Siberia presents: an evening of poetry and song. Jim Trainer and Bernard Pearce will be presenting a reading from their respective books of poetry as well as a few songs. Dwight J. Roy will be opening the evening with a solo acoustic set of music. The event is free and open to the public.

This reading is part of a national book tour
In support of the release of “The Deed to My Bones," a collection of verse and photographs and visual art curated and written by Bernard Pearce.
"The Deed to my Bones” book tour begins Sunday July 24 in New York City at the legendary Bowery Poetry Club and takes Pearce to Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, Chicago, IL, Austin, TX, Breaux Bridge, La, New Orleans, La and ends September 3 in Brooklyn, New York at the City Reliquary Museum.

Bernard Pearce is a Louisiana native born in the rural community of St. Martin Parish. He attended St. John's College in Santa Fe, NM and returned to Louisiana to pursue a life immersed in music and art. He has owned and operated several music and arts venues in Lafayette, Louisiana. Bernard has recorded and released two full length recordings with his band One Man Machine and has toured internationally with this group. Bernard has recently published a collection of poems, photos, and visual art entitled "The Deed to My Bones." He now makes his home in New York City.

Jim Trainer’s work has appeared in Raw Paw 6: Alien, The Waggle, Philadelphia Stories, Divergent Magazine, Anthology Philly, A Series of Moments and Poetry Ink. The release of September, his second full length collection of poetry, coincides with the founding of Yellow Lark Press. Dwight J. Roy is a Louisiana musician and song writer who is destined to be a national treasure. His approach to music is heartfelt and bold yet refined. He is a young man but has the soul of an old timer. He is the former front man of the blues-rock trio Electric Seed, and he now leads an impressive line up of musicians under his name.
