Mix up your ordinary dinner plans and join us for an interactive cocktail and food experience with celebrated writer, cocktail historian and authority on the life and favorite drinks of Ernest Hemingway, Philip Greene.

SoBou Bar Chef Laura will greet you in our Pool room with a welcome cocktail, Death in the Gulfstream, and show you how to make it. Philip will demonstrate the Hemingway Daiquiri while you sample it and feast on Smoky Oysters on the half shell with Hemingway Daiquiri Granita.

We'll then move on to the main dining room for the entree and dessert:

Buffalo Trace braised short ribs with a Chamomile-infused Manhattan
Laura will discuss her forward spin on the Manhattan, while Philip talks about his fascination with the Manhattan.

Peychaud's Aperitivo ice cream float
Discover how Chef and Laura collaborated on this adult version of a childhood favorite.
