Time Out says
The John Besh Foundation will be hosting a unique fundraising experience this year: Fêtes des Chefs - a night of 10 chef’s table dinners around the city of New Orleans, concluding with one delicious dessert party, on Saturday, March 21, 2015.
John’s chef friends from across the country will join us to create and prepare ten delicious three course meals, celebrating the achievements of The John Besh Foundation and working together to raise funds to continue the work of the Foundation. Each dinner will be hosted at one of ten exquisite homes across the city that have kindly opened their doors and their kitchens to us. Each home will host 20 guests. Additionally, Billy Reid has kindly offered to open his store to host 75 additional guests for a more casual party.
Following the chef’s table dinners, Fêtes des Chefs' guests will come together from the homes all over the city for an unprecedented dessert after-party at Borgne. Executive Pastry Chef Kelly Fields and Chef Lisa White have put together an all-star roster of pastry chefs. The 250 guests from the dinners and their chefs will be joined by more party-goers to enjoy the flowing drinks, a secret musical performance and the pastry creations of our guest chefs.
