Come join us Tuesday, May 5th, for coffee and breakfast! As part of Give NOLA Day, we will be opening our doors to the public for a café experience. Complete with free coffee, french newspapers and magazines set up in the library.

Join us in celebrating Give NOLA Day in the garden Tuesday evening, with free wine, cheese & trial French classes at your favorite New Orleans French language & cultural center! We'll also get to hear members of the creative writing class present their work from their class with writer Fabienne Kanor.
What is Give NOLA day?
Hosted on Tuesday, May 5th by the Greater New Orleans Foundation, GiveNOLA Day is the community’s one-day, online giving event to inspire people to give generously to the nonprofit organizations that make our region a stronger and more thriving community for all. It’s our day to come together as one! Every dollar donated from midnight to midnight on May 5th will be increased with additional “lagniappe” dollars provided by the Greater New Orleans Foundation and our generous GiveNOLA Day sponsors. Last year, we raised $2.25 million dollars from 19,000+ donors around the nation. This year, our goals are to raise $3 million from 25,000+ donors!
