Great Raft & Blue Jacket Parade day
Sunday January 31
come celebrate the release of Great Rafts First mixed Fermentation beer. Access to the balcony to watch the parades (until we hit capacity) will be limited to those buying Great Raft or Blue jacket beers.

Great Raft Brewing Mixed Feelings
For our third collaboration with Bluejacket, we brewed a mixed fermentation saison with a French ale strain and blend of various brettanomyces. This beer exudes a subtle funk aroma and finishes dry like a classic saison. The heavy whirlpool addition of Nelson Sauvin hops shine through with notes of lime and orange. 35 IBU, 7% ABV

Great Raft Brewing Provisions and Traditions V4 -
For the fourth release in our charitable beer series with the John Besh Foundation, we teamed up with Chef Kelly Fields of Willa Jean. This dark rye saison is our attempt to create a beer that mimics the flavors found in a rye pumpernickel bread. 12 IBU, 7% ABV

Great Raft Brewing Southern Drawl -
A hop forward lager with complex, citrusy aromas. Mildly traditional...Wildly drinkable. 28 IBU, 5.2% ABV

Great Raft Brewing Commotion -
This pale ale has a slightly fruity aroma, with an upfront hop bitterness of grapefruit and citrus. This bold but balanced, dry-hopped ale is faintly sweet but balanced by generous amounts of the finest American hops. 49 IBU, 5.2% ABV
Bluejacket Forbidden Planet (Dry-Hopped Kölsch - 4.2%)
A classic Kölsch heavily dry-hopped with Galaxy hops.

Bluejacket Kelsey & Greg's Wedding Ale (Sour Blond Ale with Peaches & Nectarines - 4.0%)
A refreshingly tart Blond Ale aged on locally-grown Glen Glo peaches and white nectarines (75 pounds per barrel).

Bluejacket Fields of Friendly Strife: Apricots (Saison with Apricots - 4.9%)
A dry Saison fermented with a blend of farmhouse ale yeasts and our house strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, then aged on locally-grown Apricots (70 pounds per barrel).

Blue Jacket LagerFarm
collaboration Farmhouse Lager we did with Sebastian from Freigeist. It is a 5% abv beer, traditionally step-mashed and crafted with 10% wheat malt. We hopped it with Perle and Hersbrucker, open-fermented it with a blend of Saison yeast and classic Lager yeast, then lagered the brew for 6 weeks.

Blue Jacket little Golden Gem
A Winter’s Gose; Bright, Tangy & Tantalizing With Juicy Citrus Notes and A Dusting Of Spice; Brewed With 60% Wheat (50% Malted & 10% unmalted), Lightly Hopped With Jarrylo, Seasoned With Coriander, spiked With Sea Salt, Soured For 5 Days With Our House Strain Of Lactobacillus & Finished With 100 Pounds Of Fresh Kumquats. 3.8%ABV
