Time Out says

The Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Conference is a two-day professional development event specifically designed for chief academic officers, deans or directors of admission, recruitment or enrollment management, and directors of financial aid. Join us at the 26th annual HBCU Conference to discuss new solutions, share best practices, and collaborate with colleagues to increase efficiencies in managing your enrollment. Register for the 2015 HBCU Conference by January 16, 2015, before seats fill up. Attendance is limited and is guaranteed on a first–come, first-served basis – determined by the date of application receipt and payment of registration fees – until all spots are filled. On–site registrations are not permitted for the HBCU Conference. Reserve your room by January 16, 2015, for a reduced rate of $219 per night plus applicable taxes. Discounted room rates will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your room, go to the College Board’s Hyatt Regency reservation page online or contact the hotel at 888-421-1442. If you are making your reservation over the phone, be sure to mention the conference code "The College Board" to receive the reduced rate. A credit card will be required for room guarantee and incidentals. The HCBU Conference is being held in conjunction with A Dream Deferred™: The Future of African American Education, with joint sessions and networking opportunities. Attend both events and expand your knowledge base so you can contribute even more to your students and community.
