Level Ii Advanced Seminar And Certification (Intensive Study) says
This course is our Level II Certification. It is designed to prepare you for a management level position as a wine buy (or F&B), a head sommelier, event planner, a buyer for a wine shop or restaurant, or to be a sales person with a distributor or importer. We have even had numerous wine makers take this course.

However, you do not have to be in the trade to take this course. If you are a serious enthusiast, or are considering changing careers, then this is a course you should take. You will be certified as a Senior Cellar Manager. Nevertheless, if you do not have any trade experience we strongly recommend that you first take the Guild Wine Seminar before attempting this course.

If you have no trade experience you must complete the Level I Wine Seminar, the Level II Advanced Wine course (the course described on this page) and the Level III Advanced Wine and Food Pairing course before we will grant you a professional certification.

The Advanced Wine Course includes:
Component Tasting
French Wine
Italian Wine
German and Austrian Wine
Spanish and Portuguese Wine, including fortified wines
North American Wine
Australia and New Zealand Wine
South American Wine
South African Wine
