Once a month, enjoy an hour of practical philosophy from the teachings of yoga followed by an hour of gentle and restorative yoga.

Refuge is anything we go to for safety in response to the inevitable changes of our lives. Are we truly finding shelter and becoming kinder more peaceful people, or are we simply repeating patterns of pain? The teachings of yoga and Buddhism provide concrete practices we can do every day to open our hearts and minds whether we are on the yoga mat, in meditation, in traffic, and in line at the grocery store.

Following our philosophy presentation, you will be invited to participate in gentle and restorative yoga. Gentle yoga brings the breath, mind and body into harmony. Next, the practice deepens with restorative yoga to calm the nervous system and settle the heart. JackSun will offer therapeutic assists while Keith offers sound therapy via harmonium and voice. Join us to receive the teachings on all levels. No previous experience needed.
