The next three months we will be showing films directed and/or produced by Mexican artist Guillermo Del Toro. The first movie on the series is Pan's Labyrinth, directed, written and produced by Del Toro and released in 2006.

Set in a post-civil war Spain, the film intertwines the real world with a mythical world where young Ofelia longs to believe that the stories she reads about fairies, princesses and magic lands are real. This will bring her inside the pan’s labyrinth.
This Mexican-Spanish production won several awards, including 3 Academy Awards.
