Central Asia is a unique melting pot of Asian, Mongolian, and Russian cultures, traditions and foods. Pair that with the soulful influence of New Orleans and Chef Dustin Brien’s cuisine…we call that a Revolution Feast!

The cocktails will inspire and you will taste foods you’ve never had before! Borscht, Pelmeni, Bish, Parmok, Zakusa and many other unique dishes indigenous to Central Asia.
