The second annual New Orleans Superhero Race will be held on March 22, 2015. It will start and finish at Tulane University's Newcomb Quad and make its way through Audubon Park.
Proceeds from the race benefit CASA New Orleans, a nonprofit that fights for the rights of abused and neglected children.
Dressed in Superhero costumes, the runners will race a 5k course through the park, while children age 12 and under will race a 1k course. Runners will compete to win prizes for best costume, best pet costume, and most money raised by a group or individual. There will be an after party following the race, featuring DJ Lemonhead, as well as Crepes a la Cart, King Creole and La Cocinita food trucks! Don't miss out on other fun activities and the opportunity to support CASA New Orleans!
