Once again this Second Sunday of the month The Tigermen Den opens its doors for our Traditional Cajun Brunch and Dance.. Anne Churchill of Bhava serving up some home cooking with something for everyone.. the meat eater, the veggies and the vegans! Solo Espresso will be taking care of all your coffee needs Miss Olivia/ LadyBabyMiss will have the refreshments flowing And Cameron Dupuy and The Cajun Troubadours will be providing our live music We have been busy these past few brunches and the Den is only so big so if you are sure you want to get a spot on the dance floor and a plate of home cooking we suggest coming early so you do not face the line.. as always 5-10 suggested donation Menu includes: Market Quiches Vegetarian $5 Veggie Jambalaya Market veggies and local brown rice Vegan, gluten free $6 Shrimp and Grits Jumbo gulf shrimp in a low country sauce over Anson mills grits Pescatarian $11 Chicken and Waffles Marinated and fried Bell and Evans chicken with fluffy Belgian waffles and Steen's Cane Syrup Omnivorous $10 Cajun Mushroom Gumbo Dark roux with potato salad Vegan $6 Strawberry Orange Muffin Vegan $4 Pecan Sour Cream Coffee Cake With raw Louisiana cane sugar $4 Meyer's Lemon Buttermilk Chess Tart Citrus cornmeal crust with raw Lousiana cane sugar $5 The flour, grits and butter are organic, the eggs are locally sourced pasture eggs, most veggies are local, most others are organic. The chicken is humanely raised. The shrimp is from the gulf from local fishers. To my knowledge, everything is GMO free. Bon Mange!
