Recirculating Farms Coalition says
Ever look at those interestingly shaped, vibrantly colored squashes that come out this time of year and wonder what to do with them? Now's your chance! Chef Katy is leading a whole class on squashes from soup to spaghetti, and making delicious butternut raviolis in a fresh straight-from-the-garden sage and brown butter sauce - yum! So come join us; free samples too!

PLEASE RSVP for classes by calling (813) 785-8386 or emailing info@recirculatingfarms.org! We provide free snacks, drinks and materials during our classes, so help us make sure there's enough for everyone by letting us know you are coming!

WHERE: Growing Local NOLA site – 1750 Carondelet (now Robert C. Blakes Sr. Dr.) at the corner of Carondelet and Felicity, directly behind Houston’s Restaurant parking lot at 1755 St. Charles Avenue.
