Pinot Gris:

The Pinot Gris is very aromatic with notes of ripe pear, vanilla and a soft floral and herbal accent. It is very aromatic with notes of freshly-caramelized pear and a pleasant floral/herbal accent. On the palate it bursts into flavors of green apple with hints of butterscotch overlaying lime zest characteristics. The long finish is dry and fresh with a distinct mineral quality.

Pinot Noir:

The nose is complex with aromas of cherry, blackberry, dried fruit, dried flowers, cedar, lilac, clove, anise and caramel. The bold palate is ripe with black cherries, black plums, vanilla, tar, smoke, bittersweet chocolate and pie spice which is balanced beautifully by bright acid, all within well-structured tannins. Pair this Pinot Noir with rich foods like grilled lamb, mushroom risotto, cassoulet, smoked gouda or Delice de Bourgogne.

Borealis:

39% Gewurztraminer, 37% Muller-Thurgau, 19% Riesling, 5% Pinot Gris. Every time we worked with this wine the winery filled with the most beautiful aroma of fresh flowers and tropical fruit. Now that it’s in the bottle that theme has held true. The aroma practically covers the full fruit spectrum with notes of peach, yellow apple, pineapple and with bright citrus popping out, accented with whiffs of lychee and fresh rose petals. On the palate it starts with a soft, slightly sweet expression of ripe peach and pear balanced with a citrus zing, which evolves to a delicious long, crisp finish of tropical and stone fruits.
