This year has forced all of us to take a hard look at our priorities. So if you like the idea of moving to your very own Wild West-style town in the wilds of New Zealand, who are we to judge?

All you’ll need is a few million US dollars and you could be the proud owner of Mellonsfolly Ranch: a 900-acre estate on New Zealand’s North Island with its own unique, frontier-style Old West Town.

Built in 2006, the ranch’s 11 buildings include a licensed saloon, a sheriff’s office, a cinema disguised as a courthouse and impressive-looking guest rooms for nearly two dozen guests. That’s right: this town is big enough for 22 of you.

As well as Old West Town and some spectacular countryside, the estate in Ruapehu District (halfway between Auckland and Wellington) also contains a 600-hive Manuka honey farm, plus a main house and staff accommodation. The whole thing could be yours for a cool US$7.5 million (£6.1 million, A$11 million) via Sotheby’s International Realty.

Alright, so that’s a little more than a fistful of dollars. But it also comes with a bonus: according to Bloomberg, investing more than NZ$10 million in New Zealand’s economy allows overseas citizens to apply for a hard-to-come-by residence visa. Say ‘howdy’ to your new cowboy/girl fantasy life!

Not got $7.5 million? This Italian town is selling houses for €1.
