Superhero team-up movie Justice League combined all your favourite DC characters – and Cyborg – in a blockbuster that’s soon getting a new ‘Snyder cut’ from its director, Zack Snyder. If that news gets your juices flowing, the latest in lockdown movie tie-ins might be for you.

Wonderland at Home, ‘a premium immersive boxed dining experience’, is launching meal kits inspired by Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, et al. They come packaged up in ‘Mother Boxes’ – named after the, erm, Mother Boxes in the comic books, obvs – and promise ‘restaurant quality’ food and drinks to assemble at home, including the Big Belly Burger and a pudding inspired by the cornfields of Superman’s home patch, Smallville.

Within the box is a tasting menu of sweet and savoury treats along with two Koul Brau beers and some surprise augmented reality sensorial “extras”,’ promise the people behind the superfood, Wonderland Restaurants. ‘Marrying both the physical and digital worlds together, customers can also expect interactive games and exclusive content to enjoy online.

It’s not cheap – the kits come in at $130 in the US or £100 in the UK – but it will feed two hungry DC fans. You can order now at the official site, with boxes delivered from April 15 to May 27.

Wonderland Restaurants will also be opening Park Row, a DC-inspired restaurant, in London’s Soho this year. Zack Snyder’s Justice League lands on HBO Max on March 16 in the US, with its UK release date still TBC.

We tried all of London’s most hyped meal kits – these were the best.
