Classic cocktails like Pisco Sours and Dirty Martinis are winning, as are the refreshing signature concoctions (€10-13) like the Salton Sea, with pepper-infused Calle 23 tequila, coriander, agave liqueur, lemon and Tabasco, or the California Cool (Angostura Silver rum, pico, physalis, lime and cane sugar).
