Time Out says

3 out of 5 stars

Paris’s first ‘microclub’ - bridging the gap between bar and club.

Replacing former South Pigalle hostess bar L’Isolé, Kabukicho lands in the 18th arrondissement this autumn. The name is inspired by a trendy Tokyo neighbourhood and its aim is to bring affordable nightlife to a cool clientele, in a bar with a club-night vibe - two for the price of one.

Enjoy whisky, beers, €10 cocktails and their famous sake while nestled between the speakeasy booths, surrounded by stylised, Japanese-inspired décor with Nobuyoshi Araki’s nude photography and erotic sculptures by Inès Longevial. Plus, with live DJ sets until the end of the night (well, 2am), you can dance the night away in a racy, club-night atmosphere.
