Time Out says

4 out of 5 stars

Paris’s most famous food truck shines in its permanent parking spot.

On Rue Montmartre, Parisians wait in line outside the grand Camion qui Fume restaurant with its sky-blue interiors and servers flipping burgers at the counter. It’s fast food alright, but with an upgrade.

Kristin Fredericks’ famous food truck roamed the streets of Paris for several years before finally finding a permanent home in the 2nd arrondissement. The menu on the wall lists seven different burgers, including one vegetarian option and a kid’s meal, as well as meal combinations that range from €12.90-€14.90.

We tried the Bleu burger (beef, Fourme d'Ambert cheese, caramelised onions, port sauce and mayonnaise) and every bite was a treat, from the brioche bun and tender meat to the peppy sauce. The perfect fries are an added bonus, served with a special house sauce that will definitely have us coming back for more.
