Penang's biggest arts festival welcomes a brand new date and this time, coinciding with our national month of August. Led by a team of culturally-diverse Penangites, the highly-anticipated George Town Festival (GTF) remembers George Town's 2008 inscription as UNESCO World Heritage Site as well as our strong passion for local arts and entertainment. Echoing their successful run in the past, GTF 2014 will anticipate a cultural burst of theatre, music, art, dance, opera and film screenings.
