SPCA Penang's Night of Stars

To honour the International Homeless Animals' Day, SPCA Penang is organising a Night of Stars this August. Dog parades, fashion shows, food fairs, a dog obedience show and a photo taking session are all part of the event's activities. Miss Universe Malaysia 2012 Kimberley Leggett will grace the night. Proceeds will benefit SPCA's Spaying/Neutering fund.
