9:20pm: ARi Lyon - Born in the Aquarian winter, ARi Lyon was the son of a Chicago painter and a Toronto teacher. They were the first broken chains in a long history of circus folk and scientists.

Lyon was raised in a small socialist village in Israel's Arava desert, spending nights watching the stars on mountain tops and days playing barefoot in the grass of the oasis. As a teenager, he headed back to Toronto and started playing a young man’s songs in the city's folk clubs and coffee shops...until the opening ten seconds of U2’s Rattle and Hum film changed his relationship with music. Like Dylan, he bought his first electric guitar, plugged in, and started to play rock n roll.

In cities like Montreal, New York, Toronto, and Detroit, his following blossomed, starting to include fans brandishing tattoos of the name, logo, and Lyon’s face on their bodies. Photographs of ARi taking flight with homemade wings onstage made their way into rock photography books, lionized as a part of the country's rich musical history after just a few wild years.

In 2013, a musical journey to Nashville, Tennessee convinced the budding rockstar to lay new roots in American music's mecca, and become ARi Lyon and the Monday Rose. Now ARi is embarking on his first American acoustic tour called "Naked, Too." Just a man, his old Crown Victoria, and a great sounding guitar, capturing audiences from coast to coast .
