A recent Pushcart nominee, his work has appeared or is forthcoming in CutBank, Paper Nautilus, Four Chambers, Redivider, Zocalo Magazine, Waxwing, Qwerty and White Whale Review, among others. An MFA candidate at the University of Arizona, he is one-half of the coordinating team behind the 2014/15 Tucson-based WIP Reading Series. Buy him a root beer and he's your friend for life. Kelly Nelson is the author of Rivers I Don’t Live By, winner of the 2013 Concrete Wolf Chapbook Award. Her poetry has appeared or will in RHINO, Prime Number, Quarter After Eight, Another Chicago Magazine and Best American Experimental Writing 2015. A recipient of a grant from the Arizona Commission on the Arts, she chairs her city’s public art commission and teaches Interdisciplinary Studies at Arizona State University.
