Friday December 11th: 6-9pm
Yoga History through Yoga Poses: Yoga poses have been developed as ways to honor great sages and beings. In this workshop we will discover how to approach challenging postures while discovering the stories behind them.

Saturday December 12th 11:30-2:30pm
Sun Salute into Ashtanga Improv
Sun salutations revealed: With over 100 variations what makes sun salutations the most powerful sequence that you should know and practice daily? Learn what is the Ashtanga daily minimum, how to experiment with classical variation and why this is the original meditation in motion.
Ashtanga improv: Learn how to teach and practice Ashtanga beyond the traditional series.

Saturday December 12th 3-6pm
Backbend Mastery: The art of back bending is a secret in India. Come learn these simple yet powerful programs that can both heal and take your practice to the next level. These secrets were taught to Gabriel by master Vinay Kumar over a 3 months daily practice in India. You will also be exposed to secrets learned from a yoga world champion, whose tips are used daily by those practicing for the championship events in the USA

Sunday December 13th 11:30-2:30pm
Yin Yoga Secrets: Yin is popular but it focuses primarily on lower body, for seated meditations. Learn the history of yin and an intro to the meridian theory. You will also learn secret yin poses for your upper body. Poses to free up your wrists, shoulders, and upper back.

Gabriel has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years. He truly believes that there is a yoga for everyone! He continually works on developing and creating unique programs that will reach across all barriers and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and the world.

A few of his many accomplishments include:
•Developed, designed and led the Yoga Teacher Training Program for Intentional Yoga, LLc.
•Established the first of its kind Thai Yoga Massage centre in Phoenix, AZ.
