ABOUT HELIOS:
HELIOS was formed in 2014 by seven friends who were inspired to embark on a new musical adventure: Early Music for a contemporary age.

We are without a director, but not without direction. We have seven strong leaders collaborating to bring to light compositions from before 1750. We strive to find the unsung heroes of polyphony and bring illuminate their works with a modern aesthetic.

All seven members have unique knowledge and talents and we work together to bring new insight to the music we perform.

Why seven? Why not? We like the flexibility that this number of singers affords us and the sound it allows us to create. We hope you do, too.

Members: Alison Chaney, Kerry Ginger, Erik Gustafson, Toby Kidd, Kevin Kriegel, Kenny Miller, Danya Tiller

Stay tuned for news and sounds from HELIOS.
