Phoenix Art Museum says
Ikebana of Arizona will install large flower arrangements in Great Hall, Greenbaum lobby, and in Grossman Terrace.

Ikebana of Arizona was established in 1973 to perpetuate an interest in Ikebana throughout Arizona. The Japanese art of flower arrangement, Ikebana literally means “the arrangement of living material in water”. Described as sculpture with flowers, Ikebana creates linear flower balance. Therefore, it is a creative art that allows the designer to bring all the charm and beauty of nature into our homes for the peace and tranquility of the seasons. Ikebana exhibits are purely educational and never competitive.

Free for Museum members, included with general admission.
