Radiate Phx September says
Downtown Phoenix is currently experiencing a substantial rental housing boom, with 1,217 of the 1,400 units under construction being apartments.

This month, we’ll meet at the Arizona Multihousing Association, where we’ll hear about residential projects that are contributing to that growth — specifically in the Evans Churchill Neighborhood of the Roosevelt Row Arts District.

Tom Simplot, with AMA, has invited members of the association to talk about why they’re excited to build in Downtown Phoenix, discuss how their projects are going to interact with and become a part of the community, and share project renderings.

Robert Hicks, Senior Vice President, Alliance Residential Company

Elizabeth Schloss, President of Operations, Baron Properties

Bryan Fasulo, Regional Property Manager, Pinnacle Property Management

The night will also include drinks from a new downtown wine and beer shop, Hidden Track Bottle Shop (located on the ground floor of 111 W. Monroe). Plus, small bites by Matt’s Big Breakfast.

Limited parking available on site. Bike, take transit (Central & Roosevelt light rail station), or use meters.

Presented by Downtown Phoenix Inc., Downtown Phoenix Journal, and Phoenix Community Alliance — RadiatePHX brings great minds together every third Tuesday of the month to discuss topics important to Downtown.
