Teen Workshop: Photography And Nostalgia says
Hit the open road (without leaving Phoenix) through this hands-on, artist-led workshop focused on "Longer Ways to Go: Photographs of the American Road." Reminiscence about a road trip you’ve taken and explore the role of photography in creating a collective memory of a place. Then, create an artist's book inspired by Ed Ruscha’s "Twentysix Gasoline Stations."

This event is free and open to middle- and high-school students.
Space is limited - advanced RSVP recommended!

Sponsored by Thundebirds Charities, with additional support by the Craig R. and Barbara M. Barrett Foundation along with the Alice and Jim Bazlen and Jane A. Lehman Foundation
