The Walter Yoga Experience is pleased to welcome Kandi Neal as our instructor for March. Studio doors will open at 10am with class beginning at 10:30am. Cost is $10 cash at the door.
More about Kandi:
Kandi is a graduate of the 500 Hour Authentic Teacher Training at Dave’s Astanga Yoga, where she studied a variety of Yoga, which included Astanga, a concentration in Yoga Nidra, and a 20-Hour Prenatal Yoga Certification. She holds an additional 200 Hour certificate in Sumits Yoga, and enjoys teaching this practice in several different Sumits studios.
She is a well-rounded practitioner and enjoys continually exploring the many disciplines of Yoga, although you’re most likely to find her sweating to the beat in a Hot Flow class. She loves the balance Yoga brings, with its physical challenges combined with personal growth. She enjoys sharing the practice with others and feels that every time she teaches a class, she is in turn learning something from her students.
When she’s not on the mat, you can find her reading, writing, or goofing around with friends. Kandi is a firm believer that Yoga is about honoring your body, heart, and mind – but the practice truly begins once you leave your mat.
