Scientific studies show the art of Mindfulness can relieve anxiety, depression, pain, and stress and actually change the way you feel, think, work and play by opening new pathways in the brain. Learn how to focus on the present and live in the moment. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction was developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979 by physicist Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Mindfulness Sessions are free and open to the public and occur weekly, rain or shine, at the Dorrance Sculpture Garden. If excessive heat or rain occurs, session will be held inside the Wolfswinkel Education Center.
