If dancing to Lorde while eating porcini doughnuts from Rich Table in a magical forest setting sounds like a dream come true, then you better head to Outside Lands Music Festival this weekend.

In its 10th year, Outside Lands is the largest independent music festival in the country, and its anniversary lineup is both original and inspired, boasting major headliners Metallica, the Who, Lorde and Fleet Foxes, as well as buzzy undercard talent like Belle and Sebastian, Future Islands and Young the Giant. This all comes in addition to a gourmet-food lineup; this year it's curated by the acclaimed local restaurateur Anna Weinberg (the Cavalier, Marlowe, Leo's Oyster Bar).

As always, dedicated Beer and Wine Lands house the best local brewers and vintners from around Northern California, while Cocktail Magic lets you sip from some of San Francisco's top bars in one space. Cheese Lands and Choco Lands are also classics, but this year we're most excited for Outside Clams, featuring raw and barbecued oysters, lobster rolls and clam chowder bread bowls! It's conveniently located next to Wine Lands for easy pairings with crisp California whites.

Dozens of food trucks will also make the trek to Golden Gate Park to keep you properly fueled over three days.

But that's not all: There's stand-up comedy in the Barbary tent, live cooking shows at GastroMagic tent, impromptu drum circles and pop-up shows from the likes of past headliners Big Boi, E-40 and Jack White. Tunes, food, laughs and surprises? We'll drink to that.

Outside Lands is at Golden Gate Park, Aug 11-13 11am-10pm.
