THE MEAL

La Mar

SABRINA: “I had the Plancha Marina and the seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked. Mike is a teacher and I taught preschool in the past, so we were able to connect about that.”

MIKE: “La Mar is a really nice restaurant with great food! The view of the bay is second to none, and my meal was probably the best salmon I’ve ever tasted.”

THE FUN

Exploratorium

SABRINA: “I really liked checking out the interactive exhibits. Mike seemed into it too, but maybe not as much as I was. I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to going to museums.”

MIKE: “I had not been to the Exploratorium since grade school. I love the new location and the night scene there was live. It was fun.”

THE DRINKS

Hard Water

SABRINA: “I had the Pimm’s Cup—it was refreshing and tasted great. And I’m still dreaming about their fried chicken.”

MIKE: “We ended the night with a few drinks and some good chicken wings. It was a long evening, but I enjoyed myself.”

THE VERDICT

SABRINA: “Mike was a nice guy and drove me home after the date. But he seemed easily distracted by his phone. I would hang out with him again, but maybe in a large group setting.

MIKE: “I enjoyed my time out with Sabrina. We had a few things in common. She is an attractive person and someone I could be friends with.”
