The Italian restaurant Sky Lounge at the InterContinental is known for providing a great view of the Han River along with a great menu. Every 2 months, Executive Chef of the restaurant, Federico Rossi, introduces a course menu from a different region in Italy, with October and November presenting Piedmont. Going along with the seasons, fresh truffles and wine from the region will be used within the new menu. Veal carpaccio with tuna sauce and chickpea soup and agnolitti stuffed with beef satay and cheese fondue are two examples of the dishes to be served. The Hanwoo beef tenderloin served with a truffle wine sauce (made from Piedmont’s Barolo wine, considered to be the king of wines) is a must try. The dinner course is made of 7 courses.
