Time Out says

Sowol-gil Milyoung is a café that has called central Huam-dong home for the past 5 years. The owner has had to leave the area several times for a job, but returned to the place to open a café with his wife. His hope, interestingly, is that neither their café nor the district would become a popular destination like its neighboring Haebangchon or Itaewon has been. Yet Sowol-gil Milyoung has become a quite a place to be in the Huam-dong bus stop area.

There are several reasons why the patrons visit this café almost regularly. The first would be the wide array of cakes that the owners bake at the shop, and the nice selection of tea. The Milyoung Hongcha which is Taiwanese style black tea has strong and floral aromas with a soothingly sweet (almost honey-like) aftertaste. The atmosphere of the café provides definitely another reason; some of the patrons read books here for hours on end (there is a collection of second-hand books available here for purchase, and visit every Sunday to attend the book club hosted by the owners. The windows of the café face the quaint neighborhood, making it a perfect place to hold a book, drink some tea, and read while the sun sprinkles its warmth on your face.
