The flight time from Seoul to Sao Paulo, Brazil is a whopping 23 hours, which means popping over there every time you crave some delicious South American food isn’t exactly realistic. However, you can head down to Sudamérica in Sharosu-gil to get some of the flavors. Having spent a few years in South America, the owners decided to recreate their favorite dishes at this restaurant. When asked why they chose Sharosu-gil, they replied that they wanted to be near a school with a Spanish department and be in a unique neighborhood. Must-try dishes are the tallarines con estofado (beef knuckle pasta) and bistec a lo pobre (Chilean-style steak) that you should enjoy with a glass of the Uruguayan fruit drink, clerico.
