Wondering about a sweet way to celebrate the cupid’s birthday? Why not take the simple recipe of the chocolate biscuit pudding one–step further and make it in a heart shape? Yes, we urge you to go all out this Valentine’s Day.

Prep time and preparation takes a matter of minutes and it needs time to set. Blend the butter, sugar and chocolate sauce together until it’s well mixed. Place the mould on a plate and then fill the bottom with crumbled Marie biscuits and cashew. Pour milk over the biscuit and let it absorb for a minute. Then carefully fill with the chocolate mix. Repeat until the mould is filled and then refrigerate. After at least 30 minutes’, pop it out of the fridge and remove from the mould. The ‘chef’s secret’ is leaving it overnight to allow the chocolate to seep into the biscuit.

Flip the pudding. Garnish with chocolate sauce and Voila! It’s a chocolaty treat for your loved one prepared from the heart...

For a portion for one, you will require

100g butter
100g icing sugar
100mil chocolate sauce
3 Marie biscuits
