Summer refuses to go down without a fight, and we like that. This Saturday, August 22, it is time once again for Teatergrillen, Chez Jolie, Frippe, Bâtard and Noppe to transform the intersection of Nybrogatan and Ingmar Bergmans gata into the Mediterranean, Östermalm-style. Neighbourly collaboration at its best.

The concept is tried and tested, and is a late-summer version of the same restaurants’ hugely popular spring event Torgfesten: cobblestones as a dance floor, the smell of grilling filling the neighbourhood and a string of DJs playing music in different styles.

Five restaurants, one square, no table bookings – just turn up.

Augustifesten takes place on Nybrogatan/Ingmar Bergmans gata from 12:00 to 20:00 on Saturday, August 22. Walk-ins only.
