It started as takeaway meals cooked in a home kitchen during the pandemic. Since then, Ping Söder has done pop-ups at Lådan, Surfers and Stockholms Bränneri, and for the past two summers they’ve been serving food from the kiosk at Mosebacke torg.

Now they’re settling in for a longer guest stint. From Tuesday, October 13, Ping Söder will take over the kitchen at Bleck on Katarina Bangata from Tuesday to Thursday, at least until Christmas. Bleck says on Instagram that weekends are already fully booked with parties, so weekdays are the way to go.

The food is the same stuff that has had people queuing at Mosebacke: Thai food without toning it down for Swedish palates.

Tables can be booked at restaurangbleck.se.
