If you enjoy jazzing up your Zoom video calls with fun backgrounds, and you’ve already tried our favourite Studio Ghibli ones, it's time to opt for something more traditional. The Yamatane Museum of Art in Shibuya has turned four of its most iconic Japanese artworks into free wallpapers, perfect for video meetings or virtual hangouts with friends.

You can download all four images from the museum’s official website: ‘Birds and Flowers of the Four Seasons’ (pictured top), painted on gold-leafed paper by Kiitsu Suzuki; the folding-screen artwork ‘Naruto’ (‘Whirlpool’) by Ryushi Kawabata; ‘Camellia Petals Scattering’ by Gyoshu Hayami; and Gyokudo Kawai’s ‘San-u ikka’ (‘After a Mountain Shower').

To use these wallpapers, simply download the image and add it to your preferred video chat application.
