Don't miss this rare event where French-Japanese restaurant Florilège serves up gourmet kakigori (shaved ice desserts) befitting its two Michelin-star fame. This pop-up event, announced through the restaurant's Instagram, will be happening again on Tuesday August 23. Now's the time to get a taste of Florilège without splurging on the restaurant's pricier tasting menus.
There will be three shaved ice desserts available: pumpkin (¥1,400), grape (¥1,600) and a boozy rum raisin butter (¥1,500). The kakigori event will also be serving up plates of meat and vegetable gyoza, which you can enjoy before dessert.
Reservations can be made online starting at 12noon on August 17. Time slots are available between 11am and 6.30pm. Walk-ins will be available from 7pm onwards.
