Time Out says

Toranomon-Azabudai is one of the most ambitious urban redevelopment projects in Tokyo. This huge undertaking is transforming a central district through cutting-edge architecture and sustainable technology, in an effort to reimagine a more holistic urban lifestyle that balances work, leisure and recreation.

The Azabudai Hills complex is the jewel of the crown here, as it combines the works of some of the world’s greatest architects. The three skyscrapers are designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners while the nature-inspired landscaping in the public and lower-level spaces is the creation of the studio run by British designer Thomas Heatherwick, which is responsible for the Coal Drops Yard in London.

It's also home to the new teamLab Borderless digital art museum, public art installations as well as numerous restaurants and retail stores.
