A 10 Week Mindfulness Womens' Group
Monday evenings 7-8:30pm starting July 25th

In these wildly challenging times, having a daily meditative practice is one of the best forms of self-care, deeply healing and nourishing. Our meditation time is a sanctuary from the world, a space and time where we can come home to ourselves, come home to our bodies and hearts, come home to our place in the universe.
To get the greatest physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of meditation, we must find the ways that suit our own nature. That is why women need their own approach to meditation, one that supports the female body and psyche.

During our time together we will explore:
*What it is that you as a women need to thrive – in meditation, and in life
*Support in finding healthy, satisfying practices that support your female way of being in the world. Women’s nature is ever changing, you want to be able to meet yourself no matter what is going on.
*Create a handful of meditations – not just one size fits all – to match your mood and the needs of your daily basis.
*Practice in a loving supportive environment with a community of women
*Handouts and recording of the classes
*Tea will be served

About your facilitator Liz Diaz:
My passion is to create sacred opportunies for you to reconnect and remember your truest divine nature. To reclaim your inate wisdoms. I am a holistic healing arts practitioner and certified meditation and mindfulness guide. I have been practicing formally since 2010 and leading group and private meditation classes since 2012. As a Spiritual life coach I am committed to jouneying with you as you restore, rediscover and Awaken to Your Bliss. Stepping into embraces yourself fully and finding deeper levels of self love, empowerment, happiness and health.
