YTB Gallery has partnered with Images Festival to present a mobile screening traveling through Toronto on an LED advertising truck. Through expanding cinema to this nomadic screen we hope to bring emerging video work to a city wide audience.

YTB is seeking submissions of video shorts (5 - 15 min) from emerging artists under the age of 33. April 20th - 27th

We are seeking work that considers the site specificity of the LED advertising truck as it moves through the city. Submissions concerning themes of movement through the city, being nomadic, subversive advertising, marketing and media, site specificity, and 3 - channel presentations are encouraged. We are interested in showcasing work made for a specific site in Toronto that we can drive to. Since our audience will be consisting of the general public our video screenings must be appropriate for a general audience in addition to the Images Festival Audience.

Screen dimensions:
Truck sides: 16 x 6.5'
Back: 6.5 x 6.5'

To submit your application please send links no more than 15 minutes long, along with a CV, artist bio and statement to with Images Submission in the subject line. Submission deadline: January 10th
