You may recall this award-winning and married comedy duo just created an all new hybrid theatre piece called Baram and Snieckus: Still Figuring it Out” that just played to sold out audiences in Toronto. Like, a couple weeks ago.

Well they can’t leave well enough alone. They have more to say and are offering a one night only performance of what they consider their best material… so far. It’s a show they aptly call – wait for it… “Baram and Snieckus: The Best… So Far”.

Everybody ought to have a pair of married friends such as Matt Baram and Naomi Snieckus — wacky, charming, funny and just a bit unpredictable – Richard Ouzounian, Toronto Star

Some sketch, some improvisation – and constant bickering, Matt Baram (The Second City Guide To The Symphony) and Naomi Snieckus (CBC’s Mr. D), come together as sketch comedy partners and Second City alumni, who satirize the male/female dynamic in all of its complicated splendor. BARAM & SNIECKUS showcases the unique point of view and chemistry that comes from being a real life comedy couple.

And now, they have compiled their beefiest of sketches and stacked them high in a running order that will bring the belly laughs without giving you all that unwanted gas.

Baram and Snieckus: they’re as much fun as you can have without taking your clothes off – Toronto Star

From the awkward dance of sharing the shower with your partner to the precarious terrain of forgetting the name of the man you’ve met at least a thousand times, the story of men and women will be told through a satirical sketch comedy lens, informed by Matt and Naomi’s personal experiences as a real life comedy couple, fully heightened and explored in a unique and hilarious way. Their sharp wit and anarchic chemistry are not to be missed.

And all proceeds are going to Artists for Peace and Justice, a charity that supports communities in Haiti through programs in education, healthcare, and dignity through the arts.
