Hannah Glasse was the best know British cookery writer of the 18th century. Multiple editions of her cookbooks were best sellers for nearly 100 years. Using recipes from The Art of Cookery Made Plain and Easy (1747) and The Complete Confectioner (1760) you will learn to create a menu in the 1826 Officers' Mess Kitchen.
