Friday March 31st (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM) - FR2KAU - OUR 8 SACRED SYMBOLS: Through Kundalini Yoga postures, breath work and meditation we will explore techniques to unblock and balance the 8 major Chakras.

Saturday April 1st (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM) - SA1KAU - INTRODUCTION TO PLAYING THE GONG: Learn the basics of how to play the Gong, the benefits of sound and vibration produced by this ancient instrument and how to incorporate the this into your yoga practice and classes as well as how to play the gong for relaxation, meditation, healing and therapeutic uses.

Saturday April 1st (3:15 PM - 5:15 PM) - SA4KAU - THE MOON CENTRES: Learn the transformational knowledge of the Moon Centers,11 specific areas of the body through which energy moves in the course of one moon cycle. The activation of each moon center results in the manifestation of particular psychological and spiritual qualities. Lecture, yoga, meditation for healing, self-understanding.

Saturday April 1st (5:30 PM - 7:30 PM) - SA5KAU - HOW TO MEDITATE - This workshop will help you learn to reduce tension and stress, to feel happier, more relaxed, and at peace with yourself, to improve your health, mental clarity, and vitality and to develop a more intuitive, heart-centered way of life.

Sunday April 2nd (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM) - SU3KAU - 10 LIGHTS, 1 INTENTION: Learn and experience what the “Ten Bodies” are, how they interact with each other, and how to direct your mind to expand your self-awareness to change the way you interact in the world and with others.
