Emerging Artist Open Mic Night says
Playwrights Guild of Canada is hosting an Emerging Artist Open Mic Night in Toronto on Monday March 21, 2016 and we want YOU to join us!

As lead-up for our 2016 RBC Emerging Playwright Award, PGC is hosting an open mic night to help get more of our local, emerging voices heard in the Toronto theatre scene. The night's festivities will be hosted by emerging playwright LUKE REECE. We are looking for playwrights to present or perform short pieces (around 5 minutes) of their own work. A donation of $5 gets each playwright 5 minutes on stage as well as entry into a draw to win 1 FREE year as a student or supporting member with PGC. In addition, we plan to have a panel of emerging and established dramaturgs led by JUDITH RUDAKOFF on-hand to give each playwright some optional feedback on their work.

PLAYWRIGHT and DRAMATURG REGISTRATION has reached capacity - thank you to everyone who has signed up to share their talent with us!
