An Alliance has been formed. The goal, to introduce a vision of what a sophisticated Drum & Bass experience can be. Electronic music is at an all time high in popularity, yet many of the offerings appeal to the lowest common denominator. Drum & Bass on the other hand has grown up and branched out, the music is as alive and beautiful as ever. It deserves to be experienced in the best environment possible with no detail of sound or visual element overlooked.
Some of the minds that have helped solidify our city’s love affair with drum & bass, have come together with Nest Nightclub to continue the movement and begin a new era where like minded music lovers can engage with the deeper funk and soul filled elements that are present in the genre.
For our first offering we bring you a legend and one of the best D&B DJs of all time. For over 2 decades Fabio has stayed true to the music he loves and has never followed fashion. Known as the pioneer of the “Liquid Funk” sub-genre of drum and bass, his label Creative Source has been responsible for introducing some of soulful D&B’s best work to date standing the test of time, and being the blueprint for others to follow. As a DJ, Fabio is as uncompromising as they come. He’ll be playing an extended set at his Nest debut, taking the crowd and the DYNACORD sound system through a deep lush journey as only he can do.
