The Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival features 12 hilarious days of the best live, scripted comedy in North America. Founded ten years ago by a group of Toronto comedians the festival has since grown by leaps and bounds, and is a highlight in the Toronto comedy calendar.

Barbara Bush's "The Body Show" is a trippy trip inside the female body. Their anthropomorphic sketches are playful and existential, and are stitched together with throw-back anatomy videos. Illustrated backdrops and larger-than-life costumes transform each sketch into a live-action cartoon. "The Body Show" is written and performed by Jolie Darrow, Julia Hudson, Courtney Painter, Nicole Zeits, and head writer Shawna Stoltzfoos, and is directed by Jacquie Baker (The Flat Earth, The Incredible Matt & Jacquie).

A Big Britches sketch show brings a litany of good times to the table. We take comedy very seriously, and bring you real characters with real emotions. This is important, we don't want to waste your time! The sketches hit hard and quick, because you've got business appointments to get to. With a wide range of influences that includes (obviously) America, England, Nova Scotia, Sweden, and Judaism, Big Britches has a bit of everything for everyone. Especially you.
